Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band centered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their kpop wholesale schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their track, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) by his LiveJournal website. Impressed by using the band, Wentz individually met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band launched their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 at the Billboard two hundred album charts.
Featured in Spin mag as their band of the day in early October 2005, accomplishing #1 on the MySpace chart, and consistently staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, would in simple terms guide grow the bands acceptance. An look on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, on the top-rated in their song video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band a great deal publicity.
